The purpose of the NFF (which is a not-for-profit organisation) is to inform the public and the medical professions that the most effective way to achieve pregnancy is to use the body’s natural fertility cycle.
However, to fully harness this natural cycle you need to understand when your fertile time is. This has always been seen as difficult or involved, but there are now a number of easy-to-use fertile-time calculators that can help women determine their individual fertile time (Pregdisk is one, but there are others).
